A practical supplier verification checklist
Before paying, ask the supplier to identify the exact model and trim, explain where the vehicle will come from, define the inspection standard, list the export documents and show how loading evidence will be connected to each unit. Also confirm who provides progress updates and handles a mismatch. These checks reveal more about repeatable supply than a low opening price.
Evidence to request before shipment
Useful evidence can include actual-vehicle photos, condition records, document copies with sensitive details protected, container-loading images and a clear statement of the current logistics stage. The evidence should match the buyer's vehicle and order. A generic warehouse video or an unrelated delivery does not confirm the condition or progress of a specific shipment.
