2. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you enter and limited context about where the inquiry came from.

• Name, company, job title, phone or WhatsApp number, email and country or target market.
• Business type, vehicle condition, interested models, expected quantity, purchase timing, import experience, previous volume and brands currently sold.
• Preferred contact channel, referring page, language and campaign or UTM information when available.
• If you use a social-media lead form, we may also receive the platform lead ID and campaign, ad-set or ad name supplied by that platform.

3. How we use information

We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate vehicle and market requirements, prepare quotations, confirm stock and export feasibility, coordinate inspection and logistics, maintain sales follow-up records, and protect the inquiry service from abuse.

Where applicable, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in operating a secure B2B sourcing service.

4. Storage and service providers

Website inquiry records are stored in Zebra Motors’ controlled Feishu workspace. Our website hosting, email, WhatsApp and any social-media lead service may process limited information needed to deliver their service under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information to logistics, inspection, documentation or other suppliers only when reasonably necessary for your requested service, with your instructions, or when required by law.

5. International transfers

Zebra Motors operates from China and serves customers internationally. Your information may therefore be accessed or processed in China or another country involved in the requested service. Where required, we use reasonable contractual, organizational and technical safeguards for such transfers.

6. Retention and security

We normally retain inquiry information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for an active transaction, legal obligation, dispute or legitimate business record. We then delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.

We use access controls, restricted credentials and protected data transmission. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents through the inquiry form.

7. Cookies and external services

Zebra Motors does not currently use advertising cookies on the inquiry form. Essential technologies may be used by the hosting or access provider to operate and secure the website. If analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

If you continue through WhatsApp, email or a social-media platform, that provider’s privacy policy applies to activity on its service.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your information and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the competent privacy authority in your jurisdiction.

Send requests to info@zebramotors.net. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

9. Children and policy changes

This is a business-to-business website and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s information through the inquiry form.
