When modified-vehicle export routes can cost less

A lower route price depends on eligibility, required equipment, certification and the final specification. The headline saving is not the final cost.

The saving is conditional

A modified-vehicle route may reduce the purchase cost for an eligible model, but the saving varies by vehicle, channel, programme and required equipment.

Not every model qualifies

Approved chassis, export programmes and certification requirements limit the available brands and trims. Eligibility should be confirmed before the route is used in a quotation.

Compare the delivered specification

Required equipment and documentation can offset part of the initial saving. Importers should compare the final vehicle specification and total route cost, not one discount line.
