Two authorized exporters may obtain the same model through different dealer groups, stock positions or regional channels. Those upstream differences can change the price before export service is added.
Compare like with like
The model year, trim, vehicle status, included services, documents and delivery schedule must match before one offer can be called cheaper than another.
Judge the usable offer
A useful quotation is one the importer can execute. It should identify the exact vehicle, what is included and when the supply can realistically move.
